PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This culvert carries Tollgate Road over Tributary to Winters Run, adjacent to Winters Run Country Club. Culvert was subject to damage during a flood event in January 2024, which created roadway cracks and embankment stability issues with the adjcent roadway slopes. Design is to replace culvert with a larger facility to pass larger design storms as well as improve this section of Tollgate Road. This project is consistent with the Master Planning goal of maintaining a safe and adequate transportation system to serve existing and future populations.
