PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this project is to improve the traffic capacity and safety at the Grafton Shop Road at MD 23 Intersection. The Maryland State Highway Administration is adminstering the project with Harford County contributing 10% of the project cost.

This project is consistent with the Master Planning goal of maintaining a safe and adequate transportation system to serve existing and future populations.
