Harford County Circuit Court-Family Recovery Court-Truancy Court and Adult Circuit Court

Grant funding addresses numerous juvenile issues including truancy and family unit cohesiveness, along with addressing adult opiate issues. Grant funds are used to address the opioid misuse problem; strategies include data collection using the Strategic Prevention Framework model. Funding provides for a Diversion Program that will target youth who are first time offenders, between the ages of 12-17, that have committed a non-violent misdemeanor offense.
