Performance Measure 3: Implement Apricot software system to manage client records, track data and complete reports.

ABOUT THIS MEASURE:

We will be engaged in development, design and implementation of a new software system for case and data management.

WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK:

Software is partially implemented but was delayed due to delays in extending our contract with our vendor/implementation partner. Full implementation is on target for FY25

FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO CURRENT PERFORMANCE: There were several delays in the contract renewal process with our vendor
